Session Format & Structure
Each Shamanic Energy Medicine session lasts 1.5 to 2 hours, allowing us to work deeply with your energetic field. Client sessions typically begin with a guided consultation, followed by energy healing work, most noticeable results after a series of 4 sessions. Ideally these healing sessions are spaced weekly or fortnightly to support integration and ongoing healing.
After each session, I provide integration guidance to help you embody and anchor the shifts in your everyday life.
