What to Expect – The Journey and Format
Shamanic Rebirth Retreats are offered as private 1-on-1 intensives or small private group retreats. You can choose between a 2.5-day deep dive or a 5-day sacred immersion.
Each retreat includes
• 1-on-1 Pre-Retreat Shadow-Mapping Sessions: Conducted via Zoom to prepare you for your journey.
• Guided Facilitation: 6 to 9 hours facilitated practices that include daily morning rituals, somatic movement, breathwork, body care, sound healing, including silent reflection and integration breaks.
• Shamanic Rituals and Ceremony: Full day participation of sacred heart consciousness hack, soul healing ceremony and rituals.
• Healing Nourishment: Enjoy nourishing organic, wholesome food, refreshment and accommodation. Immerse yourself in the healing power of nature.
• Post-Retreat Integration Support: Follow-up Zoom calls to guide you fully integrate your insights and shifts from the retreat into your real-world life transformation.
Sessions are held in private sacred retreat villas in Bali or Europe. All containers are trauma-informed, deeply nurturing, and tailored to your needs.
